Gregg grew up in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston.  Gregg graduated from the University of Lowell (now UMass – Lowell) with a degree in Law and Justice and a Mathematics Minor – Computer Science Option.  Prior to law school, Gregg worked in the mortgage servicing department of a large bank reconciling a multi-million dollar general ledger account.   A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, Gregg has spent his entire legal career in private practice in Colorado.  He continues to enjoy his career and looks forward to helping his clients every day.  Married to a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the father of an outstanding college student heading to medical school, he enjoys motorcycling, skiing and travel.

Gregg is a litigator with more thirty years of experience pursuing and resolving his clients’ legal matters.  He has handled hundreds of matters, from complex fraud cases to high-conflict divorce and post-divorce cases and contentious probate matters.  In addition to litigating where necessary, Gregg helps his clients understand the matter and offers possible solutions in their best interests, resulting in settlements favorable to their needs.  He has helped numerous clients end long-running conflicts in family law and probate matters.

Gregg takes the time to get to know his clients and analyze their needs.  He understands the need to promptly communicate with his clients and will often do so outside of normal working hours.  As a result of his efforts, he is paid many compliments from clients, including the largest compliment of all: referrals to potential new clients.  Rather than simply being an advocate for his clients, he often provides significant counseling and advice.
