Maureen has been practicing all aspects of real estate transactions for more than 30 years. She helps clients buying and selling commercial and residential real estate with a focus on title issues. Whether a client needs guidance with property acquisition and disposition, development, leasing, financing, title insurance, or curative title issues.  Maureen’s clients include buyers and sellers of industrial space, mixed use developments, shopping centers, multi-family residential, office buildings, and single family residential properties.  Her practice includes an emphasis on curative title matters.   Prior to joining the firm, Maureen was senior commercial underwriter for a national title insurance company practicing in Virginia, Maryland, D.C., and Colorado.   As a Colorado native, Maureen understands the complexities of the Colorado real estate landscape, its peculiarities, and she enjoys working with her clients throughout the real estate process. 

Maureen regularly teaches a variety of real estate topics for the Land Title Association of Colorado, various real estate organizations, and title companies.  She has written multiple articles for both the Virginia Land Title Association and the Land Title Association of Colorado.  Maureen co-authored a chapter in the Commercial Real Estate Handbook regarding commercial title insurance. She is an active member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, Land Title Association of Colorado, and CREW-Denver.
